Jam-packed with valuable information, the presentation was fast-paced, informative, entertaining and even humorous. Over the years, more than 7000 consumers registered. And those that came, almost everyone stayed until the end --including the consumers who came from 50 miles away, and the competitors who were drawn by word-of-mouth of the extraordinary crowds. More importantly, much of the audience left feeling empowered and many went on to buy their first home. Five years and more than 50 seminars later, the program which I often referred to as “Boston’s Most Popular Real Estate Presentation “ remained as original and creative, as entertaining and informative, and as ground-breaking as it ever was. No brokerage, regardless of size, age or history, had ever offered the valuable and innovative services The Ultimate First Time Home Buyer Seminar was providing consumers through this unique program. Nonetheless in April 2007, I decided to put down this popular program to create innovative and effective real estate programs in other venues. Although, significantly different in size and scope Prudential Unlimited still runs a first-class First Time Home Buyer seminar.
